Mr. Deep Kapuria
Chairman - THG Group

An alumni of Harvard Business School, Mr. Deep Kapuria has been the guiding spirit envisioning the future of the 'The Hi-Tech Group'. A Technologist and first generation entrepreneur in auto components manufacturing. He was the National President of ACMA(Automotive Component Manufacturers Association). He is also a regional committee member of CII as well as an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad. He has been actively involved in the multi-lateral and bi-lateral policy formation of the Government of India and has led the Indian Delegation to Geneva for WTO talks for the automotive segment.

Mr. Pranav Kapuria
Managing Director - THG

Mr. Pranav Kapuria has completed his Master’s in Business Administration from Cardiff Business School, University of Cardiff, U.K. He is a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma Manufacturing from Motorola University and has undergone a certified program in Lean Manufacturing from University of Michigan, USA. He has spearheaded implementation of Lean Manufacturing practices and Six Sigma Quality standards for the 'The Hi-Tech Gears'.

Mr. Anuj Kapuria
Director & CEO - THRS

Mr. Anuj Kapuria graduated with a Master’s Degree in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh P.A. after completing his Bachelor's in Robotics and Automated Manufacture Engineering, from the School of Engineering, University of Sussex. He then worked as a researcher in CMU, successfully executing projects in 3D Object Recognition, Autonomous Vehicles, Terrain Mapping and Face Recognition. He has also been a part of several US Defence Projects. He is also heading the 'The Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd'.

Mr. Sunil Pahilajani
Executive Director & CEO - Aftermarket

Mr. Sunil Pahilajani is a Mechanical Engineer from the reputed Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and is Qualified on Metallurgy & Metal processes from Nagoya University, Japan. He has been holding leadership positions as CEO, MD and as Board Member for over 15 Years in the Automotive, Auto Component and Engine Businesses. He has successfully led companies like SE Forge Limited, Mahindra Navistar Engines and Caparo India, at a leadership level. He has long experience of developing and leading businesses in India as well as overseas.
